Workload may vary across weeks - should average out at 6 hours per week (or whatever you are engaged to do) When editing other people's content - directly edit if extending what they have done (e.g. adding more links, correcting typos); put comment on Discussion page if challenging their approach/structure/argument Roughly division of time: 1 hour meeting 1 hour exploring EdFutures/editing/commenting on other people's stuff 4 hours on your own focus area
